Puppy Starter Program

For a well mannered puppy that has a good understanding of his or her expectations within the family.

1. Potty training. - We work to have your puppy ready to signal when needing to potty. We like to offer options on signaling, either by the door or with a bell. Puppy will not be expected to be fully house trained, but will have several weeks of training and preparation. Each house and environment is different, therefore we cannot say with 100% certainty that he or she will never have an accident after coming home, but he or she will certainly be trained to give you their potty cues.

2. Continued Crate Training - for night time sleep and day time rest. Our puppies are trained to be comfortable and happy in their crate. They will be able to entertain themselves quietly during the day and will be able to self soothe when needed. Puppy will willingly and happily go to sleep at night, through the night.

3. Puppy Play - Socialization skills for proper puppy manners. We believe puppies should have the working knowledge to properly puppy play with you and those in your home. Puppies go through a teething stage, and we will help them work through this stage.

3. Clicker Training/ Manding for positive reinforcement and basic commands .

4. Positive Car Travel experiences

5. Daily life in a home with a family with all the noises that it involves, plus more needed depending on the future home of the puppy whether in the city or country. City noises would be created over speakers as we do live in the country.

6. Meeting other dogs (at a distance until fully vaccinated)

7. Vaccinations and Vet Visits on schedule.

A puppy will always a puppy, energy and all, especially the puppy snuggles. But a well mannered and properly played puppy is certainly a happier puppy. :)

The progress of each puppy within the Puppy Starter Program is dependent on the individual puppy and how long they are enrolled.

The cost of our Puppy Starter Program is $55 a day, starting from their 10 week birthday.
